“Dave Attarian, owner of RoofMaxx of Concordville, PA, was a pleasure to do business with. He was not a hard sell and was negotiable, listening to our concerns and requests. The idea of spraying the roof with an organic soy-based oil to give the old shingles new life and flexibility, as he explained, made a lot of sense to us. He delivered what he promised (roof and siding “soft wash,” roof maintenance tune-up with flashing, caulking and vent boot repair, and soy spray shingle infusion for the whole roof) in a quick, cost-effective, and professional manner. He put down tarps on the sidewalks and driveway and delivered us the RoofMaxx 5 year warranty as well as the warranty on the tune-up repairs as promised. His technician arrived at 8:00 a.m. one Saturday and was done by noon. In 4 hours we were rid of all moss on the roof and left with one we could be proud of. Living near our house in Wilmington, Delaware, Dave supervised the job. They left the job site spotless. I would gladly recommend Dave and RoofMaxx to others. A great alternative to expensive roof replacement (the RoofMaxx job was a fraction of new roof) or ineffective mere shampooing.
